Kullanım Koşulları

Ekin'yi kullanarak kabul ettiğiniz şartlar ve tarafların sorumlulukları.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

Ekin uygulamasını indirerek, kaydolarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

Ekin; işletmelerin cari hesap, stok, kasa ve işlem kayıtlarını tutmasına, raporlamasına ve bu verileri buluta yedeklemesine olanak tanıyan bir mobil uygulamadır. Hizmetin bazı bölümleri ücretsiz, bazıları ise abonelik (Premium) gerektirir.

3. Hesap ve Sorumluluklar

  • Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
  • Uygulamaya girdiğiniz bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve yasalara uygunluğundan siz sorumlusunuz.
  • Ekin bir muhasebe kaydı aracıdır; resmî mali müşavirlik, vergi danışmanlığı veya yasal beyan yerine geçmez.

4. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

Premium özellikler, aylık veya yıllık yenilenen bir abonelikle sunulur. Ödemeler Apple App Store üzerinden alınır ve App Store hesabınıza faturalandırılır.

  • Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
  • Aboneliğinizi, iOS cihazınızdaki Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
  • İadeler Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir; ödeme iadesi talepleri App Store üzerinden yapılır.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde ya da hizmetin bütünlüğünü bozacak (tersine mühendislik, izinsiz erişim, aşırı yük bindirme vb.) biçimde kullanamazsınız.

6. Veriler ve Yedekleme

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz işletme verileri size aittir. Verilerinizi güvenli biçimde yedeklemek için makul çaba gösteririz; ancak veri kaybına karşı kendi yedeklerinizi de almanızı öneririz. Verilerin işlenmesiyle ilgili ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikasına bakın.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın kendisi, tasarımı, logosu ve yazılımı Ekin'ye aittir ve telif hakları ile korunur. Size yalnızca uygulamayı bu koşullar çerçevesinde kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez bir lisans verilir.

8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Ekin; dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, veri kaybından ya da kâr kaybından sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulamayı kullanma kararı ve buna dayalı işletme kararları size aittir.

9. Fesih

Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde hesabınıza erişimi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Siz de dilediğiniz zaman kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz: uygulamada Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil yolunu izleyerek hesabınızı ve verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilir ya da yalnızca uygulamayı kaldırabilirsiniz. 10. Değişiklikler ve İletişim

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama veya bu sayfa üzerinden duyururuz. Sorularınız için: support@getekin.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering for, or using the Ekin app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Ekin is a mobile application that lets businesses keep, report on, and cloud-back-up their accounts, stock, cash and transaction records. Some parts of the service are free, while others require a subscription (Premium).

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter into the app.
  • Ekin is a bookkeeping tool; it is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax advice, or official filings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are offered through a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payments are collected via the Apple App Store and charged to your App Store account.

  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's policies; refund requests are made through the App Store.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe the rights of others, or in ways that harm the integrity of the service (reverse engineering, unauthorised access, overloading, etc.).

6. Data and Backups

The business data you enter into the app belongs to you. We make reasonable efforts to back up your data securely; however, we also recommend keeping your own backups against data loss. For details on how data is processed, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The app itself, its design, logo and software belong to Ekin and are protected by copyright. You are granted only a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ekin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit. The decision to use the app and any business decisions based on it are your own.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you breach these terms. You may also end your use at any time: delete your account and data permanently under Settings > Delete Account in the app, or simply uninstall the app. See our account deletion page for what deletion covers and what it means.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms; we will announce material changes through the app or on this page. For questions: support@getekin.com

2. Descripción del servicio

Ekin es una aplicación móvil que permite a las empresas llevar, reportar y respaldar en la nube sus cuentas, stock, caja y registros de transacciones. Algunas partes del servicio son gratuitas y otras requieren una suscripción (Premium).

3. Cuentas y responsabilidades

  • Eres responsable de la seguridad de tu cuenta y de la confidencialidad de tus credenciales.
  • Eres responsable de la exactitud y legalidad de la información que introduces en la app.
  • Ekin es una herramienta de registro contable; no sustituye a la contabilidad profesional, la asesoría fiscal ni las declaraciones oficiales.

4. Suscripciones y pagos

Las funciones Premium se ofrecen mediante una suscripción de renovación automática mensual o anual. Los pagos se cobran a través del Apple App Store y se cargan a tu cuenta del App Store.

  • La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes del fin del período actual.
  • Puedes gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción en Ajustes > ID de Apple > Suscripciones en tu dispositivo iOS.
  • Los reembolsos están sujetos a las políticas de Apple; las solicitudes se realizan a través del App Store.

5. Uso aceptable

No puedes usar la app con fines ilícitos, de forma que vulnere los derechos de terceros, ni de manera que dañe la integridad del servicio (ingeniería inversa, acceso no autorizado, sobrecarga, etc.).

6. Datos y copias de seguridad

Los datos de negocio que introduces en la app te pertenecen. Hacemos esfuerzos razonables para respaldar tus datos de forma segura; no obstante, también te recomendamos mantener tus propias copias frente a la pérdida de datos. 7. Propiedad intelectual

La app en sí, su diseño, logotipo y software pertenecen a Ekin y están protegidos por derechos de autor. Se te concede únicamente una licencia personal e intransferible para usar la app conforme a estos términos.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

La app se ofrece “tal cual”. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Ekin no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, pérdida de datos ni pérdida de beneficios. La decisión de usar la app y cualquier decisión de negocio basada en ella son tuyas.

9. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso a tu cuenta si incumples estos términos. También puedes finalizar tu uso en cualquier momento: elimina tu cuenta y tus datos de forma permanente en Configuración > Eliminar Cuenta dentro de la app, o simplemente desinstala la app. Consulta nuestra página de eliminación de cuenta para saber qué abarca la eliminación y qué implica.

بتنزيلك تطبيق Ekin أو تسجيلك فيه أو استخدامك له، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه. وإذا كنت لا توافق على الشروط، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

٢. وصف الخدمة

Ekin تطبيق للهواتف يتيح للشركات حفظ حساباتها ومخزونها ونقدها وسجلات معاملاتها وإعداد تقارير عنها ونسخها احتياطيًا إلى السحابة. بعض أجزاء الخدمة مجانية، وبعضها يتطلب اشتراكًا (Premium).

٣. الحسابات والمسؤوليات

  • أنت مسؤول عن أمان حسابك وسرية بيانات دخولك.
  • أنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات التي تُدخلها في التطبيق ومطابقتها للقوانين.
  • Ekin أداة لتسجيل الحسابات؛ وهو ليس بديلًا عن المحاسبة المهنية أو الاستشارة الضريبية أو الإقرارات الرسمية.

٤. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

تُقدَّم ميزات Premium عبر اشتراك تلقائي التجديد شهري أو سنوي. وتُحصَّل المدفوعات عبر Apple App Store وتُقيَّد على حسابك في App Store.

  • يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.
  • يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه من الإعدادات > Apple ID > الاشتراكات على جهاز iOS الخاص بك.
  • تخضع عمليات الاسترداد لسياسات Apple؛ وتُقدَّم طلبات الاسترداد عبر App Store.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز لك استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية، أو بطريقة تنتهك حقوق الآخرين، أو بطريقة تضر بسلامة الخدمة (الهندسة العكسية، الوصول غير المصرّح به، الإفراط في التحميل، وغير ذلك).

٦. البيانات والنسخ الاحتياطي

بيانات العمل التي تُدخلها في التطبيق ملك لك. نبذل جهودًا معقولة لنسخ بياناتك احتياطيًا بأمان؛ ومع ذلك، ننصحك أيضًا بالاحتفاظ بنسخك الخاصة تحسّبًا لفقدان البيانات. للاطلاع على تفاصيل معالجة البيانات، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق نفسه وتصميمه وشعاره وبرمجياته ملك لـ Ekin ومحمية بحقوق النشر. ويُمنح لك فقط ترخيص شخصي غير قابل للنقل لاستخدام التطبيق وفق هذه الشروط.

٨. تحديد المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق “كما هو”. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون الساري، لا تتحمل Ekin المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية أو فقدان البيانات أو فقدان الأرباح. وقرار استخدام التطبيق وأي قرارات عمل مبنية عليه تعود إليك.

٩. الإنهاء

يجوز لنا تعليق وصولك إلى حسابك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط. ويمكنك أيضًا إنهاء استخدامك في أي وقت: احذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائيًا من الإعدادات > حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق، أو اكتفِ بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق. وللاطلاع على نطاق الحذف ونتائجه راجع صفحة حذف الحساب.
